Cocoa trade finance platform — lend to farmers, secured by beans
/01DEFI

Supply Chain Tokenization & Trade Finance

cocoa tracked from farmer to warehouse, then financed against it

A physical commodity, tracked end to end and used as collateral. The domain model follows the cocoa itself: a sack is registered to a farmer and stays trackable, sacks are combined into bags held at a shed, bags into batches and bundles, and a delivery transports them — issuing NFTs for the consignment along the way. The warehouse position becomes a warrant receipt backed by a sack-ownership service, and lenders open and top up positions against those receipts, so a farmer gets financed against stock that is provably theirs.

It runs on its own permissioned network, not a testnet toy: a full Hyperledger Fabric deployment (orderer, peers, CA, channel config and chaincode-as-a-service) behind a gateway that submits every state change to the ledger.

Built for the field and for West Africa specifically — farmer KYC with ID and profile capture, payouts through local providers with exchange-rate handling, SMS notifications, and a mobile app with an explicit offline sync module for areas without connectivity.

The on-chain financial layer covers an ICO with whitelisting and Uniswap-V3/Chainlink pricing, lending with receipts, staking, a vault and vesting.

Omnichain NAV-priced vault — deposit on any chain, receive shares anywhere
/02DEFI

Omnichain NAV-Priced Vault

ERC-7540 vault that accepts deposits from any chain

An ERC-4626/ERC-7540 vault that takes deposits from any chain and issues shares on the one the user prefers, in a single transaction. It supports synchronous deposits plus instant, "fast" and standard async redemptions; a NAV oracle and a Pyth-backed price oracle drive pricing; share and asset OFTs (plus adapters) carry value across chains; deposit and redemption pipes, a fee manager and a timelock controller complete the system.

LayerZero wiring, cross-chain operations and a production deployment checklist ship with it.

Zero Loans

non-custodial borrowing — mint USDZ against major crypto collateral

A non-custodial, fully decentralized borrowing protocol. Users deposit the largest crypto collateral assets and mint USDZ against them, borrowing at 0% interest.

Nothing sits with a custodian and nothing waits on an off-chain approval: collateral, issuance and repayment are handled on-chain, and the borrower keeps control of their position throughout.

InvariFi — staking strategies dashboard with per-chain APY

InvariFi

staking strategy aggregator with governance

A platform where users deposit into curated vault strategies, compare APY per chain and asset, and take part in protocol governance from the same interface.

The whole product came from one team: staking and vault contracts, governance and treasury contracts, the tokenomics model, the backend, the dashboard and the mobile app, with audit coordination through to deployment.

Perpetual DEX

perps on Arbitrum, with the production system around them

A complete perp-DEX product on Arbitrum, derived from GMX/Gambit, where the surrounding production system is the work: liquidator, order-keeper and price-feed services; three Arbitrum subgraphs (raw events, prices, aggregated stats) plus a separate casino/referral subgraph; a candle stats API; a NestJS backend; a trading interface with TradingView charts; and a Cypress/Synpress end-to-end suite that drives the real interface through MetaMask against deployed contracts.

Solana Index-Token Protocol

index token, staking, DAO and the services that run them

Original Anchor programs, not a fork. Staking locks the fund token into non-transferable vTokens that carry DAO voting power after a 3-day vesting window; the DAO handles proposal creation, voting and execution with configurable auto-approval thresholds and whitelisted creators; the minter issues an index token against a basket of up to 10 Raydium-traded mints priced by TWAP NAV; a liquidity-pool aggregator deploys capital into strategies.

The off-chain half is a monorepo of independently deployable NestJS services: arbitrage and payout, keeper, mint/redeem executor, price updater, rebalancer, portfolio chart worker and a Solana indexer, over PostgreSQL and Redis/BullMQ, with KMS-managed signing.

cross-chain DeFi on Cosmos: CosmWasm contracts + DEX aggregator

The Cosmos-side DeFi work. CosmWasm (Rust) contracts for Injective with a CW20 interface, integration tests, JSON schema generation and a TypeScript deploy/query/mint toolkit, alongside sibling CosmWasm staking and vesting contracts — the same primitives the team builds in Solidity, rebuilt for a Cosmos SDK app-chain.
